LINSENBRATLINGE BASIC RECIPE: 
250 grams of package contents is enough for about 8 Bratlinge!
Place package contents in a bowl, stir with 430 ml lukewarm water to a liquid dough and allow to swell for 20 minutes. Put the dough in a pan with a ladle and fry in hot fat until golden brown. Turn the patty only when the surface is cooked. If the package is opened, the ready-made mixture before use once durchschütteln.
Tip: Some chopped vegetables before frying mix into the prepared batter.
