Europe: Up to 2 working days after purchase (Monday to Friday between 8 am and 4 pm)
USA / Canada: Up to 5 business days after purchase (Monday to Friday between 8 am and 4 pm)
Rest of the World: Up to 8 working days after purchase (Monday to Friday between 8 am and 4 pm)
The Verney Store sends orders to mainland Portugal. The stipulated delivery time for mainland Portugal is 48 hours. The carriers with which we have protocols deliver from Monday to Friday, between 8 am and 6 pm at the address you wish.
Delivery times are indicative and, therefore, are considered valid when there are no physical or structural impediments (for example: incorrect addresses, overdue charges or force majeure setbacks).
Carriers do not deliver on holidays and weekends and it is not possible to choose a specific delivery time.
When your order is shipped, and if you have given us your email, you will receive a code so that you can locate your order on the website

5 - CANCELLATION, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
The Verney Store only accepts returns of new products, complete and in the original packaging of the order, packaging will not be accepted, damaged, altered or streaked products and incomplete products, nor will any refund be made for those presented under the conditions mentioned above.

Cancellation:

Returns of orders / products:
The Verney Store can choose how to collect the product through the carrier or through the commercial manager, it is the customer's obligation to keep the product in perfect condition until it is collected.
Collections are free if the reason for return is the responsibility of the Verney Store.
Stock break:
The Verney Store will contact the customer to inform him that he can exchange the product for a similar product, in situations of out of stock. If the customer does not accept this possibility, a credit note will be made to the customer and a transfer will be made to the bank account designated by the customer.
