RETURNS
We accept unworn and unaltered items in new condition within 30 days.
If you wish to return your shoes please write to us at hello@sustainablewair.com with your name and order number.
Once we receive your return, please allow 7 business days to process the return and 5 to 10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account.
EXCHANGES
For exchanges, please write to us at hello@sustainablewair.com with your name and order number. include a note explaining which size you would like to exchange. If the requested item is available, we will ship it once we receive your return.
WARRANTY
There is a 2 year warranty on products according to the Danish Sales Law. The warranty applies to all errors the shoes have when you receive the products.
Complaints regarding errors and defects must be reported to VAER Upcycled ApS on email: hello@vaerupcycled.com in a reasonable time after the goods have been received. We consider af maximum of months as a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed. We will refund reasonable shipping costs.
The complaint waives right to warranty if the items are handled improperly or unusually.
VAER Upcycled ApS covers return costs to a reasonable extent.
The delivery time for your sneakers is around 2-5 week-days.
VAER Upcycled ApS ships with PostNord.
You will always receive a track-and-trace number, so you can follow along on the journey of your package from us to you.
We do not resell personal information and do not pass on your personal information to others. They are only registered in our customer directory. You can delete your information at any time.
In order for you to enter into an agreement with VAER Upcycled ApS, we need the following information:
