These are the general contract conditions for the online shop www.piuminoecolab.it of the company Selogica Srl, which sells 100% vegan and recycled clothing, with its registered office in Italy in Trento, via alla Veduta 14A, hereinafter referred to as "Clothing eco friendly".
1. Area of validity
All details regarding the deliveries and performance of “eco-sustainable clothing” products are based on the following contractual rules. Any modification of the aforementioned conditions, especially with regard to the position concerning the contractual relationship with the customer, is valid only in the event of written confirmation by Selogica Srl.
2. Offer
All offers on the website “www.piuminoecolab.it” are indicative and must be taken as such unless there is a contractual relationship confirmed in writing. We make no warranty for differences between the color of the actual product and what appears on your monitor, as this difference depends on your monitor settings.
3. Confirmation of the contract
The entry into force of a contract between "Eco-sustainable clothing" and the customer occurs with the acceptance of an order by "Eco-sustainable clothing" either in writing or via email. “Eco-sustainable clothing” accepts the offer from the contractual partner by simultaneously sending a written confirmation to the customer at the email address indicated by the customer at the time of purchase.
4. Right of withdrawal
If the garment received does not meet his expectations in part or in whole, the customer has the right to withdraw from the order by sending the request to the email address info@piuminoecolab.it. The Selogica Srl company undertakes to collect the item and return the amount paid, retaining 5 euros as a contribution towards shipping costs.
5. Availability of the goods
In the event that the Selogica Srl company, once the sales contract has been concluded, realizes that the ordered goods are not available or cannot be delivered to the customer for legal reasons, it will immediately reimburse the customer for any payments already received before the termination of the contract itself.
6. Delivery of goods
Unless otherwise agreed, delivery of the goods will take place at the address provided by the customer. The risk is borne by the manufacturer as soon as the goods leave the "Eco-sustainable clothing" company. Information regarding delivery times is to be considered indicative only unless, exceptionally, a delivery date has been established. The customer is however informed of the estimated delivery date.

The prices shown include VAT and shipping.
8. Payment
Payment for the goods takes place according to the methods chosen by the customer. This payment may be paid in advance (via bank transfer) or by credit card, PayPal, Satispay Business, or other methods indicated on the website www.piuminoecolab.it at the time of purchase. 10. Packaging and shipping
Packaging and shipping costs are totally free. The Selogica Srl company is committed to using recycled packaging.
11. Right of return
For the definitive return we offer a home collection service for 5 euros (withheld from the refund) which will be returned to the customer with a voucher that can be spent on the site. 12. Incorrect delivery
In the case of delivery to an incorrect address, for reasons not attributable to an error made by the customer during the purchase phase, the company Selogica Srl will pay the shipping costs for delivery of the goods to the correct address.
13. Guarantee
If damage occurs during transport or the goods are damaged, the customer must immediately or within 3 days of receiving the goods inform the company Selogica Srl, sending suitable photographic documentation. Otherwise, the Selogica Srl company will be released from any liability after 3 days. If the complaint about the damage is deemed justified by the Selogica Srl company, it will undertake to send the customer a product identical to the previous one purchased. If there is no product with the same characteristics in stock, the customer can choose a different product, or request a full refund of the supply. The duty to factually demonstrate the claim for damage lies with the person making the claim and must be made within 3 working days of receipt of the goods.
14. Legalliability
In the event of complaints regarding non-visible damage to the materials, especially if these did not occur during transport, the Selogica Srl company will be held responsible only if it can be demonstrated that the product was not damaged by the customer. The exemption from the legal responsibilities of the company Selogica Srl also applies to its employees, collaborators and representatives. The duties and rights of legal responsibility established by law remain valid and are not limited by this paragraph.
15. Data protection and security
Additional note regarding the paragraph of the law § 33 BDSG: Personal data transmitted concerning individuals will be stored on our servers. This data is used exclusively for the implementation of the customer's financial transaction. The company Selogica Srl guarantees the privacy of the data which for no reason will be transmitted to third parties. All employees of Selogica Srl are contractually obliged not to provide data to third parties. The data is stored and used in accordance with the BDSG, TDDSG and European privacy law. The customer may at any time request the correction or deletion of their data as established by the BDSG.
16. Law and court of jurisdiction
The contractual partners agree that all legal matters relating to both present and future sales contracts will be placed under the jurisdiction of the law of the Italian Republic, with the exclusion of the United Nations Convention concerning international contracts for the sale of goods. For the resolution of legal disputes, the court of Trento/Italy will have exclusive jurisdiction.
17. Copyright by
The company operates in the context of copyright protection. Even partial copying is permitted only with consent on the part of the same. The images of the sites are protected by paragraph §72 of the copyright law.
18. Recession clause
In the event that one or more clauses contained in these Contractual Conditions should not have legal validity in their entirety or in part of them, or if these should lose their legal value following changes that occurred subsequent to this document, the validity of the Contractual Conditions will remain intact in its remaining parts. The legal validity of the remaining clauses will replace any invalid clauses. The same criterion will be applied if conditions not provided for in the Contractual Conditions occur.
